Telephone interviews

Telephone and video interviews with your key customers, lasting between 20 minutes to an hour (depending on how chatty they're feeling!)

Email surveys

Sometimes, customer concentration is so low that telephone interviews are not a practical solution. Or maybe your business is of the type that it just doesn't have direct relationships with its customers. In these instances, an email survey can reach a broader sample of your customers.
We set up, send out, and conduct analysis on email surveys using SurveyMonkey. We can do this either under your brand name, or our own, whichever you prefer. Think of us as a one-off outsourced email survey service.

Sometimes it helps to talk to someone independent, who really knows your market or adjacent markets, but on an anonymous basis.
 
We will source and interview independent market experts, asking them about your market, the industry and your competitors, to gain actionable insight.

Don't want to just talk to the choir? Survey panels reach potential customers. This can inform go-to-market strategies and competitor analysis.
We can design, set up and conduct analysis on survey panel data.
